Log in issues?

We've recently heard of interruptions to some learner's login issues.

We're sorry for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue. 

If you've seen a "Bad Request" error like the following image, then continue below.

The way to resolve this issue will involve clearing browsing cookies, which will look different depending on the browser you are using. 

  1. Right click anywhere on the webpage to bring up a menu.
  2. Select "Inspect."This brings up the inspection window.
  3. Select the "Application" tab from the top horizontal bar. 
  4. Within the "Application" window, find the "Storage" section on the left hand side. 
  5. Open the "Cookies" dropdown, then right click on the item that starts with "extlogin" item.
  6. Select "Clear". This will clear the cookies.
  7. In the browser URL bar, enter "https://theministryplaybook.intervarsity.org/" and you should be able to log in.

  2. Select "Inspect Element." (If you don't see this item, you may need to enable developer tools on Safari.)This brings up the inspection window. 
  3. Select the "Storage" tab from the horizontal menu.
  4. Open the "Cookies" dropdown, then right click on the item that starts with "extlogin" item.
  5. Select the icon with the "X" in a trash bin to clear the cookies.
  6. In the browser URL bar, enter "https://theministryplaybook.intervarsity.org/" and you should be able to log in.
